The PNP-Health Service conducted a blood-letting program on May 12-13, 2011, in which the Chief PNP PDG Raul M Bacalzo personally participated by donating blood together with 100-policemen who gladly share their precious blood that can be used during emergencies.
The PNP-Health Service, expresses gratitude to the PNP Chief and all the policemen for their generosity during the two-day blood-letting program. The blood is to be deposited at the Philippine Blood Center and can be used by any PNP personnel who may need it in the future.The blood-letting program is a quarterly-activity aimed at getting enough blood-deposit to ensure the continuity of blood supply during emergencies especially when policemen and their dependents need it. |
