Truly an outstanding policeman, PO3 Paclibar has received recognitions for his excellence in service.

These include a Medalya ng Kagalingan for his team’s heroic encounter with two armed carnappers which resulted to a firefight that killed one of the suspects and wounded the other one; and a Medalya ng Kasanayan for his team’s hot pursuit police operation against three armed hold uppers, which resulted to the arrest of one of the suspects.

PO3 Paclibar was also involved in a two-week surveillance / stake-out operation wherein he initiated the conduct of monitoring and gathering of information. T

his resulted to the arrest of six suspected members of a kidnap-for-ransom group.

Recognizing the importance of maintaining good relations with the Muslim community, PO3 Paclibar co-organized the Salaam Council of Muslim elders and acted as an adviser of the Sultan Kudarat Maranao’s Association.
