One of SPO2 Raymundo’s greatest achievements in service is the voluntary surrender of Teodorico Manzano, team leader of the Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB) and seven other members of the group.

He also conducted a special investigation for the filing of a murder case against Monteson Ignacio, Jr., PNP’s most wanted person in the country and the leader of the Pogito Group which was engaged in robbery hold-ups, gun for hire and other illegal activities. 

The investigation, conducted with the help of assets and concerned citizens, led to filing of charges against Ignacio.

A dedicated police officer, SPO2 Raymundo made his home an extension of his office, accommodating reports concerning peace and order from community members.

He considers his home a police sub-station that is open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
