A 24-year veteran of the PNP, PSupt. Andol credits the community for transforming him into the best police officer that he can possibly be, and actually derives utmost satisfaction in hearing the public whom he serves say that he has performed his job well. Moral and psychic rewards aside, he has earned numerous distinctions from the PNP for his no-nonsense approach to law enforcement, particularly in terms of engaging the community. Under his leadership, the Police Regional Office-Cordillera was named the best Regional Office in the Field of Police Community Relations (PCR) nationwide in 2006. A year before, PSupt. Andol earned two awards, the PCR Officer of the Year Award and Police Commissioned Officer for Administration of the Year, both at the Regional Level.

Overshadowing his notable achievements in crime solution, which includes a number of robbery with homicide and frustrated homicide cases, the neutralization of the notorious Tapapan Criminal Gang that used to operate in the Cordilleras, and the busting of the marijuana cache worth more than P 2 million, among many others, his exemplary work in engaging the community to enhance crime prevention. Throughout his career, PSupt. Andol initiated programs that tapped civilian volunteers and members of the socio-civic groups for the establishment of community police precincts, improve police visibility, enhance gathering of intelligence on suspected criminal elements, disseminate valuable information on peace and order initiatives of the police and local government, and solicit the expanded participation of NGOs, as well as members of tribal leaders in the locality, to promote and preserve public safety and security in the communities where he is assigned. Also noteworthy are his efforts to help instill positive values among his peers in uniform to help improve the morale and credibility of his of his colleagues and bring back the trust and confidence of the community for law enforcers.

A native of Mountain Province, PSupt. Adnol holds a Bachelors degree in Criminology and completed and completed a Masters degree in Public Administration. He is married to the former Jennylyn Ebes, with whom he has daughter.
