Police Officer 3 Edilberto Barabas Euraoba III of Philippine National Police Negros Oriental will be awarded as one of the outstanding policemen of the country from Metrobank Foundation.
By winning in this Search, PO3 Edilberto Barabas Euraoba III joins in the elite roster of outstanding policemen of the country honored by Metrobank Foundation, the Rotary Club of New Manila East, and PSBank. Each of them will receive a trophy and a cash prize of P250,000. No less than His Excellency, President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III will confer the awards to him and to the other COPS awardees with a traditional audience in Malacañang on August 31, 2010. This year, the Final Board of Judges co-chaired by Supreme Court Associate Justice Mariano C. Del Castillo and Department of Justice Secretary Leila M. De Lima chose Police Officers 3 Edilberto Barabas Euraoba III as one of the winners in the Police Non Commissioned Officers Category.
